Important Delivery Service Updates

As you may have heard, due to the recent strike action by members of the CWU, disruption to Royal Mail deliveries and services is expected. Items posted in the run up, during and after strike days are likely to be subject to delay. We recommend that you place your orders as soon as possible to avoid disappointment in getting your orders in time for Christmas. Thank you for your patience during this already busy time of the year. We are working hard to ensure that your orders are delivered on time.

What types of shipping do you offer?

We’re very happy to say we deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Unless you request otherwise, we use good ol’ Royal Mail as our preferred courier company. They’re reliable and have been doing shipping and logistics for yonks. If you are sending the parcel to a business address remember to always include the business name.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

It depends when you order. If it’s before 1PM local time we’ll process and dispatch the same day. Any orders after 1PM will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri)

We’d love for someone to be home when your parcel arrives. Please provide an address where you, or a friend who’s willing to sign on your behalf, will be.

Another option is to receive the parcel unsigned. This is not recommended, and any damages or loss will not be our responsibility.

If your order remains undelivered despite our delivery service provider making one or more attempts to deliver them, they will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

How can I track my shipment?

Easy. We’ll email you a tracking number, which can be used to track the item online here

What if my order runs into some delivery problems?

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us via our contact information on our website. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your order due to reasons such as a wrong address was provided or a mistake in the address, and you are unable to collect the order from the delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of your order, but we will reserve the right to charge you for the cost of re-delivery (even when the initial delivery was free of charge).

Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

Sad face. We only ship within United Kingdom for now.
