What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy. If not, we will happily process a refund (this refund will be minus the shipment cost). Send your unopened item back to us within 15 business days from the date of shipment. The cost of return shipment will be your own and remember to keep your tax invoice for proof of purchase. Once we receive your return our team will check the condition of the items. If they look poorly, we may deny a refund.

If you receive something in a damaged condition, we are so sorry. We will replace it at no extra cost.

How do I return/exchange items from my order?

Talk to us first. Email info@teadrop.co.uk or call 01978596355 and we’ll give you a returned authorisation number (RNA).  And then send the order, quoting that number to Huboo Technologies Ltd, Unit 4, Vertex Park South, Emersons
